2. Contact Us: If the item arrived damaged or defective, please email us using the Contact page with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear pictures of the item and packaging.

3. Request a Return Authorization: For all other returns, reach out to our support team at the same email address to request a Return Authorization.

 

Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed, including our return address and shipping guidelines.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 We stand by the quality of our products and sincerely apologize if you receive an item that doesn’t meet our standards. In the rare case that your jewelry arrives damaged or defective:

• Email us immediately at contact@forevrgold.com with a description of the issue and photos of the damage.

• We will work to resolve the issue promptly, whether by offering a replacement or issuing a refund.

 

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
